Purchase Orders

In order to purchase software with a purchase order (PO), the following requirements must be met:

• Must be a corporate PO
• PO must have a "bill to" address
• PO must list contact person in accounts payable, including phone number and e-mail
• PO must have a "ship to" address - no post office box numbers
• PO must have a valid PO number and signature of approval
• PO must contain an e-mail address for the technical end user
• POs will be net 30 day terms - POs must be paid within 30 days or late fees may apply
